How many meetings can I have with a consultant?
There is no limit to the number of meetings you can have with your consultant. You’ll usually meet with your consultant once a week for an hour.
How will I choose which universities or programs to apply to?
In close collaboration with your consultant, you will develop a carefully considered list of universities and programs aligned with your academic background, professional experience, and long-term goals. Selection is guided by a strategic assessment of fit, competitiveness, and trajectory, ensuring that each application serves a coherent admissions strategy.
Can I apply only to universities in English-speaking countries?
No. While we have extensive experience supporting applications to universities in the United States and the United Kingdom, we also work with applicants to programs in other countries, including Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Hungary, among others.
How many and what programs can I apply to with the consultant’s assistance?
The number of applications we support varies according to the scope of your engagement. In some cases, we work closely with applicants on a single program; in others, we support applications to multiple graduate programs, up to ten in total.
Our work is focused exclusively on postgraduate study, including master’s and doctoral programs across disciplines. We do not provide assistance with undergraduate applications.
Will the consultant help me study for the gre/gmat?
While ProAdmissions does not provide direct GRE or GMAT instruction, your consultant will support you throughout your test-preparation process, helping you develop an effective study strategy and connecting you with trusted tutors when appropriate. Test preparation is integrated into your overall admissions timeline and strategy.
Will you help me get a scholarship?
We provide strategic guidance in identifying scholarship opportunities that align with your profile and goals, and we offer editorial and advisory support in preparing the required application materials, including scholarship essays.
I just want someone to check my essay, is that possible?
Yes. We offer single-round editorial reviews for application essays and CVs as a standalone service, available at a reduced rate. This option is well suited for applicants seeking focused feedback without full admissions consulting.
Could I speak with past students?
Yes. We maintain a network of former and current students enrolled in a range of graduate programs at leading universities in the United States, Europe, and elsewhere. When possible, we are happy to facilitate introductions to students with direct experience in the programs to which you are applying.
What’s your success rate?
Our work is marked by a consistently high rate of successful admissions, with the majority of our students entering their top-choice programs.
